1) Kindly note that Trans-Aid is located within the premises of a residential property and not a regular hotel.
2) We retain the rights to restrict the admission of guests if we deem so appropriate,
not extend duration of stay beyond the period of booking or cut down the duration of
stay if we deem so appropriate and also retain the rights of allotment of rooms to
guests.
3) For security reasons we will request you to provide us with government issued photo
identity and/or other documents for your identification to our complete satisfaction
before check in. Same applies for visitors of all guests staying with us.
4) Maximum two adults are allowed in one room. Only one extra person can be
provided one extra bed over and above two adults as per the tariff mentioned in the
tariff page. There are no extra charges for children upto 6 years of age, staying in
the same room with parents or guardian and sharing the same bed. Age proof
need to be provided during check-in for children below six years.
5) Cancellation Policy
On Day Of Check-In 100% of Room Tariff for total number of nights booked per room.
1 Day Prior To Check-In Date 50% of Room Tariff for total number of nights booked per room.
2 Days Prior To Check In Date 25% of Room Tariff for total number of nights booked per room.
2 to 7 Days Prior To Check In Date 10% of Room Tariff for total number of nights booked per room.
More Than 7 Days Prior To Check-In Date No Cancellation Charges
6) Kindly note that you are not allowed to take your visitors to your room. He or she
may spend some time with you only in the sitting area.
7) All payments due are to be cleared before checking out.
8) Check-In time anytime between 07:00 hours to 24:00 hours and Check-Out time is
10:00 hours.
9) You are allowed to keep only fully locked luggage in our custody after you check
out.
10) Please do not use any lock of your own to lock rooms and do hand over the room
key at the reception before leaving the guest house at all times. We try to provide a
high level of security, but we are not responsible for theft or damage of any of your
personal belongings and/or valuables kept in your room.
11) Kindly note that residing guests must return to the guest house premises within
23:30 hours. Admission thereafter is strictly prohibited.
12) Please note that you may smoke only in your allotted room.
13) Admission in the kitchen is only allowed to the guest house management and staff.
14) Please do not use any heavy electrical appliances in the room.
15) Bed Tea and Breakfast only are included in the tariff. Other meals and/or snacks
may be arranged on request with sufficient notice. Meals may be served in the
dining space and/or rooms on request and during the following hours only:-.
Breakfast: 07:00 hours – 10:00 hours
Lunch: 12:00 hours – 14: 30 hours
Dinner: 20:00 hours – 22:30 hours
16) Please conserve resources like water and electricity. Use water judiciously. Kindly
switch off T.V., A.C., fan and lights even when you leave the room for a short
time.
17) The hot water electric geyser (heater) in the bathroom takes only 20 minutes to heat
the water. For your safety, turn the geyser off before you use hot water.
18) We reserve the right to verify information submitted by prospective guests during
making reservations.
19) Pets are strictly not allowed within the property premises.
20) Kindly inform us your requirements and difficulties to help us serve you better. It is
